SHORT OVERALL REVIEW ON KOTE
006K (kote) offers adequte protection and good function. Its orizashi kote with synthetic yakawa gives stronger durability on the kote especially near the fist area from wear & tear during practice. Its kotebuton have better structural strength to disperse incoming blows and good elasticity despite being adequately thick. The good stuffing on the finger tips and adequate stuffing on kera ensures good protection from in coming strikes. While the distance between the kera and base of the thumb is short makes it easy to use and allows good shinai gripping.
However, the might not be suitable for practitioner that practice in mix situation i.e with adult kendo beginner.
