006K (Tare) offers adequate protection and function. Haraobi is soft and easy to shape. Giving comfort to its user. However its haraobi is slightly thin thus offers only only adequate protection.It is a good Tare for kids and young teenager starting their kendo journey when they practice with opponent of the same age.
However, the haraobi might not be adequate when practicing with adult beginners.
