SHORT OVERALL REVIEW ON DO

Tonbo (Do) offers great protection and better function. Slightly heavy dodai with good elasticity and slightly smaller domune with top kazari allows great protection by dispersing incoming force and tsuki misblows that hit the chest area. The use of handpressed Kurozangawa only adds to its aesthetic and durability. Hence, it is great for practice, grading and competition. A do suitable for experienced player. Functions well for both primary and secondary set.

However, despite it being made with 50 pieces Yamato do, it is quite an extravagant do fitting for experience kendoka, hence, we believe it is unsuitable for kendo beginners.
