Purchases
How to make purchases:
・Each Maker’s Bogu product is divided into 3 categories “Budget”, “Economy”, and “Premium”. Please choose freely as you like.
・To ensure the most optimum fitting size, added information such as profile picture, detail measurement and etc is required. We strongly hope for your cooperation.
・All the product shown here are produce exclusively for KENDO PARK. Hence, please do not go contact directly to each shop on your own.
・We provide “Semi-order-made” services and due to the overwhelming response, we hope that you will understand if we are not able to meet all of your request. We appreciate you kind understanding.
・An extra shipping cost and 8 % sales tax will be added to the price.
・If you have any question. Do not hesitate to contact us for further inquiries.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through KENDO PARK webstore, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to, your :
-Billing Information
-Credit Card Information
-Personal Informations required for transactions
Additionally, during the purchase of ordering, KENDO PARK will request for sizing information from the ordering customer for the purpose of selecting the right sized gear to be shipped, there are limited sizing options thus we will ship the product with the best size fit possible.
In the event KENDO PARK did not receive sizing information from the customer, or in the event that the sizing of the product on KENDO PARK does not fit the customers' sizing to the very decimal points, KENDO PARK will not be held responsible.
※Returned uniforms in mint condition are allowed to be exchanged for a different size if sizing issue arises.
A restocking fee will not be necessary in this case , but shipping fee will have to be covered by you.

Termination of user status and Service refusal
User which falls under any of the following categories, We reserve the right to reject or refuse to provide part of the services or all services without providing early warning or without user consent:
・User that breach or breaks the user conduct above or other parts of the terms.
・If we detect or recognized falsehood or false representation done with intention in information provided or declared.
・User that admitted to no wrongdoing for their transgression or breach of conduct.
・Or any user that is deemed to inappropriate or unfit by us.
If a user is status terminated or service refused, all the rights the user have against Us will be dissolved or expunge.
Service Interruption and Stop
We, under any of the following categories, reserve the right to stop or interrupt part of the services or all services without providing early warning or without user consent:
・ When maintenance, inspection, or update of the computer system related to this service.
・When it is difficult to provide service due to major natural disaster such as earthquake, lightning strikes, fire and others.
・When there is interruption or stops due to accident related to computer or a communication line.others.

・We, regardless of any valid reason given will not be liable or be held responsible for any damages that occurs on the User or any third party member due to Service delay or interruption.
・We also will not be liable or be held responsible for accuracy or guarantee the appropriateness of a particular purpose with the equipment.
・We also will not be liable or held responsible for any damages or loss due to the information obtained from Our service.
・We will not be liable for any damage due to User to User dispute or between User and third party dispute that resulted from Our information or service, if such dispute occurs it shall be borne by the User.
・We will not be held liable or responsible for any dispute that occurs during transaction or during fulfilling the obligation of buying and selling of goods between User and third party using this Service.
・We will be excluded from liability and responsibility for responsibility of non-fulfillment of obligation unless proven there was deliberate or gross negligence on Us or Service.
・We, if for any reason is required to take liability or responsibility, will only compensate within maximum amount (for a continuous service: A one month equivalent amount) for damage that normally occur within normal range or for paid services.
