The bogu was named after the founder of Shokodo. A bogu befitting of the name of a great man who works tirelessly for kendo, and epitome of quality, skill and finesse. This bogu shows what happen when quality material, beauty and comfort adds upon traditional bogu built and upon the idea of protection.

SHORT OVERALL REVIEW ON TARE

Yaichi (tare) has great thickness and great elasticity giving the tare great protection. Superb stuffing in between tare kazari. The use of kongawaboushi, herikawa and kadokawa adds durability to the tare. It’s gunome design further enhance protection on the hip are structurally strong to give good shape.

However, this tare might not be good for beginners.
