SHORT OVERALL REVIEW ON MEN

Tough (Men) offers good protection and function. Its light weight and short menbuton with Duralumin mengane allows great mobility. The top part of the menbuton is adequately thick for protection. Hence suitable for practice and competition. Overall design shows that is best for competition. A good Men for competitive practitioner, experienced player and also as a secondary set. The use of Anti-bacterial Toray mesh makes it suitable for kendo practitioner in humid or hot area.

However, the menbuton might be thin for kendo beginners ,practitioner that practice with hard-hitting opponent and female kendoka. Its overly convex tsukidare with small okubyodare makes it not suitable for Jodan player.
